Job summary

TUI Airline is seeking a Specialist of Fuel, Ops & Cargo, Supplier Management & Procurement to become a subject matter expert and drive value across aviation contracts. You’ll manage medium-value projects through their lifecycle and negotiate with stakeholders while optimizing supplier performance.

The role offers flexible working and opportunities to engage with global teams, with travel to supplier visits as required. A strong procurement background is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in procurement.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement processes and coordinating inputs from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build subject matter expertise in fuel, ops and cargo and analyze developments to identify savings opportunities.
• Manage the procurement process for medium to high value projects, lead negotiations with stakeholders.
• Oversee contracts lifecycle, advise on contractual matters and ensure SM&P negotiations are reflected in systems.
• Manage escalated contractual claims and develop supplier relationships through performance reviews.
