Job summary

TUI Care Foundation in the United Kingdom seeks a procurement specialist to build expertise in fuel, operations and cargo, managing medium-to-high value procurement projects and leading negotiations with stakeholders.

You will oversee contracts through their lifecycle, monitor supplier performance, and support sustainable aviation fuel reporting while developing strong supplier relationships and traveling for meetings and visits.

Qualifications

• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent professional experience is desirable.
• Experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes and coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify savings opportunities by reviewing supplier quality and market intelligence.
• Lead negotiations with operational stakeholders for medium to high value projects.
• Oversee contracts throughout their lifecycle and ensure they are reflected in relevant systems.
• Manage escalated contractual claims and disputes and maintain supplier relationships.
• Support aviation fuel supply assurance, regulatory compliance and emissions-related reporting.
• Develop internal and external networks and travel for meetings and supplier visits.
