Job summary

Evalueserve is seeking a senior sales professional to spearhead deals in the Financial Services sector from the UK. You will lead sales strategy for RQS prospects and allocated accounts, build advisory relationships with senior client executives, and translate solutions into client value while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will engage with CROs, risk and trading desks, driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling to senior financial services lines (CRO, risk, trading desks).
• Experience building advisory relationships with senior client executives.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the sales strategy for RQS prospects and allocated accounts.
• Build advisory relationships with senior and C-level client executives for long-term engagements.
• Understand Evalueserve's solutions to identify target audiences and opportunities.
• Attend client meetings with Sales/Ops to expand reach and coach teams.
• Connect client programs and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities.
• Understand competitive landscape and gather inputs on competition.
• Lead, coach and mentor teams within a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
