Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK, in partnership with JPS Jewson Partnership Solutions, seeks a Framework Manager to drive framework growth, compliance and commercial efficiency from the Binley, Coventry office.

You will manage public sector framework agreements, build partnerships with housing associations and authorities, and report on KPIs while working in a collaborative, results-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience in or with the public sector and understanding of procurement rules.
• Strong commercial acumen to drive revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage framework agreements across social housing and public sector markets.
• Maintain framework registers, customer records, and contractual documentation using CRM tools.
• Ensure compliance, reporting and renewal activities for framework obligations.
• Develop relationships with framework providers, housing associations, local authorities, and contractors.
• Collaborate with sales, bids and account teams to maximise framework utilization and customer spend.
• Produce regular framework activity and KPI reports and support business reviews.
