Flexicruit is recruiting an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial performance across a portfolio of social housing, property maintenance and framework contracts.

The role focuses on managing client relationships, protecting margins and ensuring pricing, valuation and invoicing are robust. Ideal candidates will have exposure to social housing, housing associations or works under framework agreements.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of social housing, housing associations or local authorities
• Strong pricing and invoicing discipline
• Experience in managing commercial relationships with clients

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial performance of a growing portfolio of contracts
• Protect contract margins and ensure works are correctly priced, evidenced, valued and invoiced
• Lead the commercial administration function and collaborate with operations, clients and senior leadership
