Job summary

Lanes Group Ltd is seeking a Framework Manager to lead the Welsh Water framework across Wales, directing regional operations, depots, and delivery teams to meet contractual commitments safely and efficiently.

You will shape strategy, drive performance, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with Welsh Water and stakeholders, ensuring profitability and continuous improvement while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Proven experience in a senior operational/framework or contract management role.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of health, safety, environmental and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of all contractual and operational commitments across the Welsh Water framework.
• Provide strong leadership to regional operational and depot teams.
• Foster a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain accountability for regional performance and profitability.
• Develop relationships with Welsh Water and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and growth.
• Manage framework budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and delivery methods.
