Bridges - Trusted Intelligent Engineering Partner is seeking an experienced Regional Design Manager for Wales. You will own design leadership across water and wastewater projects, delivering compliant, high-quality electrical designs and managing budgets and risks.

Lead multidisciplinary design teams, collaborate with PDT and commercial teams, and champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the asset lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience delivering Civil and MEICA projects in water/wastewater or similar regulated infra environments.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary design teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong design assurance, risk management and change control understanding.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the engineering design function across projects and frameworks, delivering robust, compliant designs on time and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C and Automation design activities.
• Coordinate design teams with PDT, commercial, delivery and procurement for seamless project delivery.
• Manage engineering budgets, forecasts and design costs; support changes and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with design management plans, procedures and governance.
• Promote CDM and Safety in Design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive innovation, digital engineering and continuous improvement in delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to ensure safe, buildable and operable designs.
