Trinity House Group in Walsall seeks a Head of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and long range planning. You will turn numbers into insight to drive decisions at board and investor level, shaping growth strategy.

In this high visibility role you will partner with senior leaders, build robust models and KPIs, and lead a talented FP&A team to support value creation and strategic investments.

Formación

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong FP&A or commercial finance background with growth or PE exposure.
• Experience presenting to boards and investors; influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent modelling skills and curiosity about drivers of performance.

Trinity House Group are partnering with a high growth business in Walsall to appoint a Head of FP&A. This is for a minded finance leader who wants to shape planning and performance in a business with a clear growth agenda.

You will lead the commercial and reporting finance function and turn the numbers into insight that drives decisions across the leadership team and supports the investments.

The role

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long range planning processes.
• Deliver clear, insightful performance reporting to the board and investors.
• Partner with senior leaders across the business to challenge performance and identify opportunities.
• Build and improve financial models, KPIs and reporting tools to support the value creation plan.
• Lead and develop a high performing FP&A team.
• Support the board on strategic projects, including investment cases, pricing and potential M&A.

About you

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong FP&A or commercial finance background, ideally within a PE backed or high growth environment.
• Confident presenting to boards and investors, with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent modelling skills and a genuine curiosity about what drives performance.
• A leader who builds capability and raises the standard of finance business partnering.
