Simplyhealth is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Partner to shape the financial direction of the business in the UK. You will lead the end-to-end planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and scenario analysis, ensuring robust plans and meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Leading the Group's budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Coordinating planning activity across stakeholder groups and ensuring timely delivery of outputs for Executive and Board review.
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support planning, business decisions and scenario analysis.
• Producing insightful analysis across income statements, balance sheets, cash flow and key business performance indicators.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs, including Board and Executive reporting.
• Providing commentary and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
• Supporting strategic initiatives through business case development, investment appraisal and post-implementation reviews.
• Undertaking scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate financial impact and risk.
• Supporting regulatory reporting and governance activities, including contributions to the ORSA process.
• Driving continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting, modelling and finance technology capabilities.
