Job summary

WPS is seeking an experienced FP&A Finance Business Partner to join its high-performing Finance team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on turning complex financial data into actionable insights to support senior stakeholders with reporting, forecasting and strategic planning.

Responsibilities include monthly Balance Sheet consolidation, working capital and cash flow forecasting, variance analysis and support for board papers and quarterly reforecasting.

Qualifications

• ACCA or CIMA qualification required.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce and consolidate monthly Balance Sheet reporting and forecasting across multiple ledgers.
• Deliver Working Capital reporting, analysis and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyse monthly Cash Flow statements and forecasts.
• Support Adjusted EBITDA and UK GAAP reporting and forecasting.
• Provide accurate variance analysis and identify key business trends.
• Build strong relationships with Finance, Commercial and Operational teams.
