Job summary

WPS Finance is seeking an experienced FP&A Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing team in London. You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights, support senior stakeholders with reporting, forecasting and strategic planning, and drive performance across the business.

You will partner with Finance, Commercial and Operational teams, help with month-end processes, board papers and quarterly reforecasts, and contribute to annual planning while driving process

Qualifications

• Qualified ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience turning financial data into insight for decision making.
• Experience with monthly reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Produce and consolidate monthly Balance Sheet reporting and forecasting across ledgers.
• Deliver Working Capital reporting, analysis and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyse monthly Cash Flow statements and forecasts.
• Support Adjusted EBITDA and UK GAAP reporting and forecasting.
• Provide variance analysis and identify key business trends.
• Build strong relationships with Finance, Commercial and Operational teams.
• Present financial information to senior stakeholders.
• Support month-end reporting cycles and audits.
• Assist with quarterly reforecasting and annual planning.

We're looking for an experienced FP&A Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing Finance team at WPS. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning complex financial data into meaningful business insight. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting senior stakeholders with financial reporting, forecasting and strategic planning activities that help drive business performance and decision‑making.

What You'll Be Doing

Financial Reporting & Forecasting

• Produce and consolidate monthly Balance Sheet reporting and forecasting across multiple ledgers.
• Deliver Working Capital reporting, analysis and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyse monthly Cash Flow statements and forecasts.
• Support Adjusted EBITDA and UK GAAP reporting and forecasting.
• Provide accurate variance analysis and identify key business trends.

Business Partnering

• Build strong relationships with Finance, Commercial and Operational teams.
• Present financial information clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Support regional finance teams during month-end reporting cycles.
• Challenge assumptions and provide insight to support business decisions.

Strategic Planning

• Support the preparation of WPS Board papers and presentations.
• Assist with the quarterly reforecasting process, including Orange Books, reviews and presentations.
• Contribute to annual business planning and strategic forecasting activities.
• Help drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes and reporting.

Team Collaboration

• Provide support and cover across the wider FP&A function.
• Share knowledge and best practice within the team.
• Support key reporting periods including month-end, year-end and audit activities.
