Job summary

WPS is seeking an experienced FP&A Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing Finance team in Birmingham. You will consolidate monthly Balance Sheet reporting across ledgers, deliver Working Capital analysis, and forecast cash flows to support strategic planning and decision-making.

You will build strong relationships with Finance, Commercial and Operational teams, present insights to senior stakeholders, and support month-end cycles, with a focus on continuous FP&A process improvement

Qualifications

• Qualified in ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience producing monthly Balance Sheet reporting and forecasting.
• Strong ability to present financial information to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with UK GAAP reporting and EBITDA forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Produce and consolidate monthly Balance Sheet reporting and forecasting across multiple ledgers.
• Deliver Working Capital reporting, analysis and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyse monthly Cash Flow statements and forecasts.
• Support Adjusted EBITDA and UK GAAP reporting and forecasting.
• Provide variance analysis and identify key business trends.
• Build relationships with Finance, Commercial and Operational teams.
• Present financial information to senior stakeholders.
• Support regional finance teams during month-end reporting cycles.
• Challenge assumptions and provide insight to support business decisions.
• Support board papers and quarterly reforecasting.
• Contribute to annual business planning and strategic forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes and reporting.
• Provide support across the wider FP&A function.
• Share knowledge and best practice within the team.
• Support key reporting periods including month-end, year-end and audit activities.
