Job summary

e.surv Chartered Surveyors in the UK is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Partner to partner with business leaders and deliver insightful financial analysis. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions and growth objectives.

The role requires building robust financial models, communicating complex data clearly to stakeholders, and challenging assumptions to improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify trends and translate analysis into actionable insights.
• Experience developing Long-Range Plans, budgets and forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Strong storytelling and communication of financial results to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality performance insight and analytics using KPI and financial data.
• Produce variance analysis, identify trends and root causes, with clear commentary.
• Develop scenario models to assess market assumptions and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner providing commercial analysis to support decisions.
• Build robust financial models to evaluate options and inform leadership choices.
• Support end-to-end planning: long-range planning, budgeting, quarterly forecasting, rolling forecasts.
