Job summary

Goodman Masson is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead the commercial finance function as the business scales post-PE investment. You will build out FP&A processes, models and scenario planning to guide growth, capital allocation and profitability metrics.

The role reports to the FD and focuses on forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis and cashflow management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Automation and AI-enabled improvements are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience building FP&A and commercial finance models.
• Proven ability to design budgeting, forecasting and 5-year planning cycles.
• Strong focus on profitability, liquidity, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Produce modelling for future scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
• Develop Budgeting, Forecasting & 5 year plan process to support data driven decision making.
• Own KPI analysis and reporting with a focus on profitability and liquidity.
• Manage and track cashflow forecasting.
• Produce Board packs to present key KPI performance and analysis.
• Automation of processes leveraging AI to improve speed and accuracy.
• Ad hoc analysis to support fast, entrepreneurial decision making.
