Job summary

Axon Moore seeks a commercially focused finance professional with FP&A experience and full professional accounting qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic modelling. You will build robust Excel models, deliver dashboards and partner with senior stakeholders during a transformative growth phase and potential PE exit.

Qualifications

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with FP&A experience.
Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling ability.
Strong data manipulation and analysis capability.
Able to communicate with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

Prepare consolidated budgets, forecasts and financial models to support planning and decision-making.
Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models for reporting.
Provide insightful financial analysis, identifying trends, risks and drivers for senior leadership.
Produce dashboards and KPI reporting for visibility of performance.
Collaborate with divisional finance, business development and operations teams to explain financial impact.
Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities.
Develop cash flow forecasts and manage working capital insights.
Identify FP&A process improvements, leveraging automation and best practices.
Support investor reporting with accurate financial information.
