Job summary

Goodman Masson is helping a fast-growing, PE-backed TMT business in London to hire a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. You will own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, turning data into decisions and partnering with stakeholders to drive commercial performance.

You will build the models underpinning M&A activity, integrations and strategic investments, and directly support the CFO with board packs and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Experience forecasting, budgeting and modelling
• Ability to business partner senior non-finance stakeholders
• Builder's mindset in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles.
• Turn data into decisions by partnering with stakeholders to drive performance.
• Build models and analyses for M&A activity, integrations and strategic investments.
• Serve as CFO's right-hand on board packs and investor reporting.
• Lead, develop and manage one direct report.
• Bring rigour, curiosity and a commercial lens to opportunities and risks.
