Investigo seeks a commercially minded Group FP&A Manager to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed multi-site business. You will own the integrated three-statement model, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to executives and investors.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA or CIMA credentials.
• Strong Group FP&A or Corporate/Strategic Finance background.
• Advanced financial modelling skills, including three-statement models.
• Experience in a complex, multi-entity environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Group's integrated three-statement financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow).
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
• Produce board, lender and investor reporting with clear insights on performance and outlook.
• Support financing, covenant reporting and cash flow forecasting activities.
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve decision making and drive performance.
• Deliver scenario modelling, investment appraisals and strategic analyses for growth initiatives.
