Job summary

Trace is seeking a Senior FP&A Specialist in London to lead sophisticated financial modelling and support strategic decision making. The role will focus on long-range planning, scenario modelling and corporate development initiatives with a strong emphasis on accuracy and pace.

You will partner with the senior leadership team, design robust models, and drive improvements in FP&A processes while supporting a 12-month assignment. Hybrid working with 2 days in the office is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building flexible, long-range and scenario models.
• Experience delivering rapid, high‑quality analysis for executives.
• Background in FP&A within large or complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and own sophisticated financial models (long-range plans, scenario models, deal models).
• Lead FP&A modelling for corporate development, M&A, partnerships and C-suite initiatives.
• Provide objective reviews and stress-testing of major business cases.
• Translate model outputs into clear, narrative insights for senior stakeholders.
• Upskill FP&A team and drive adoption of modern FP&A tools.
