Job summary

Prime in Knutsford is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to strengthen financial insight and planning. You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead budgeting and forecasting, and drive performance in a fast‑growing global environment. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the Knutsford office.

Ideal candidates will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, comfortable influencing leaders, and adept at translating data into actionable commercial insight using advanced Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience delivering FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting in professional services or PE-backed environments.
• Strong analytics, commercial acumen, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel with large data sets; Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear reporting across revenue, margin and cost performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning with the leadership team.
• Support client profitability, pricing, and post‑project reviews.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives including system improvements and scenario modelling.
