We’re looking for an FP&A Manager / Lead to partner closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and play a key role in shaping how finance supports a growing, data-driven business.

This role combines commercial insight, data capability, and leadership — with real opportunity to influence how the function evolves as the business scales.

Salary & Location

Hybrid – Manchester/London

We’re open to London-based candidates who can spend time in Manchester (typically ~3 days every two weeks). All travel, accommodation, and meals are fully covered. A London office will also open in the near future.

We’re happy to discuss flexibility around this to make it work for the right person.

What you’ll be doing

Planning & Performance

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles

Commercial Support

• Build business cases and scenario models
• Support decisions around pricing, costs, and growth
• Analyse product and customer performance

Data & Insight

A key part of this role is improving how finance uses data.

You’ll:

• Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards (Power BI)
• Improve reporting structures and data models
• Support automation and reduce manual processes
• Work closely with Data and Tech teams

Leadership & Development

• Support and mentor junior team members
• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders
• Grow into a broader leadership role over time
