Job summary

Bulk™ in London (Liverpool Street HQ) seeks a Head of Commercial Finance to lead FP&A, business partnering and BI across a multichannel business. Reporting to the CFO, you will own budgeting, forecasting and investment appraisal while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance based on data.

You will build an automation-first finance function, develop channel-level financial models, and support strategic initiatives. This hybrid role offers 3 days in office, 2 at home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with professional finance qualification.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in finance or analytical field.
• Proven ability to analyse and report on financial results with KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Define best practice FP&A and business partnering for strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor a high-performance finance team.
• Communicate financial performance to stakeholders with transparency.
• Develop a BI stack and data pipelines to enable quick, informed decisions.
• Own annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasts and long-range planning.
• Identify risks and opportunities and advise stakeholders.
• Drive automation in variance commentary and scenario modelling.
