Dyson Farming Limited seeks an FP&A Manager to shape our financial strategy and support growth. You will partner with the FC and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate analysis, robust forecasting, and strategic insights that drive performance across the organisation.

You will own monthly forecasting, budgeting, and a 5-year plan, producing clear reports for executives and the Board. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process improvement, and strong communication across

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance.
• Own the preparation of 3-way financial models (Income, Cashflow, Balance Sheet) for budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare month-end packs and provide insights to senior finance members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly senior management reports and executive summaries.
• Create Board presentations highlighting budget/forecast drivers and movements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to present data effectively.
• Lead automation of board reports and KPI reporting for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with FC and BP teams to align budgets and forecasts.
