Job summary

Dyson Farming is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide financial leadership across Farming, CEA, Property and Central Functions. You will translate data into meaningful insights that drive better decisions, support budgeting and forecasting, and partner with BU owners to improve performance and value creation.

The role emphasises collaboration with BU owners, FP&A, Controlling, and senior Finance leadership, with a focus on reporting, governance, and continuous improvement to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong partner finance experience with BU owners and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into clear financial plans, KPIs and targets.
• Proven experience leading monthly performance reviews and providing actionable commentary.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to BU owners, providing high-quality insight, analysis, and constructive challenge.
• Translate business goals into financial plans, KPIs, and measurable targets.
• Consolidate, analyse, and interpret BU-level results to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Lead the preparation of monthly Business Performance Review inputs for assigned BUs.
• Provide clear commentary to articulate variances and root causes.
