Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join the Commercial Finance team. This hybrid role combines financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic modelling with exposure to M&A and investor reporting.

You will work closely with senior Finance leadership, Board members and the M&A team. You will help build budgets, forecasts and long-range plans, deliver insightful performance analyses, and contribute to the financial narrative around business performance and

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Ability to analyse complex information and translate it into clear commercial insight.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Develop robust assumptions and understand key financial drivers with stakeholders.
• Maintain financial planning models and perform scenario analyses.
• Prepare board-ready analysis including EBITDA and forward-looking commentary.
• Provide financial insight to support strategy and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with M&A team on financial due diligence and integration analysis.
• Develop and automate reporting to improve efficiency and data integrity.
