Job summary

Clyde Munro Dental Group is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Business Partner to strengthen forecasting, performance reporting and commercial decision support across a multi-site healthcare group.

You will work with finance and operations to explain performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and turn data into actionable insights while collaborating with private equity ownership. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE or equivalent.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and financial analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Own elements of the annual budget and forecasts.
• Maintain integrated forecast models for P&L, cash flow and drivers.
• Analyse performance vs budget and explain variances clearly.
• Deliver pricing, revenue growth and cost control analyses.
