Wolfspeed is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with leaders across Global Procurement & Planning, Quality, and Advanced Manufacturing. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and R&D spend analysis while providing financial insight to senior leadership.

This role supports monthly close, long-range planning, and strategic decision-making with accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree and has strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis including budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across departments to understand spending trends and operational activities affecting financial performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and long-range planning cycles.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to identify spending trends and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decisions.
