Wolfspeed is seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as the finance business partner to leaders across Global Procurement & Planning, Quality, and Advanced Manufacturing. You will drive budgeting and forecasting, support R&D spend analysis, and provide financial insight to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse large data sets and build financial models.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders across Procurement & Planning, Quality, and Advanced Manufacturing to understand spending trends and operational activities impacting financial performance.
Support analysis and management of R&D spending within Operations and Advanced Manufacturing, including contributing to new reporting structures and processes following organizational changes.
Lead and support monthly close activities, monthly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range financial planning cycles.
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to identify spending trends, measure performance against targets, and support cost reduction initiatives.
Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations that enable informed business decisions and improved financial outcomes.
