T2M Resourcing are recruiting an FP&A Manager - Manufacturing for a successful and growing international manufacturing group. The role provides financial leadership, analysis and business partnering support to the UK manufacturing plant, working with operations, support functions and commercial finance to ensure performance is clearly understood and actively improved.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or qualified by experience with strong manufacturing finance experience.
• Inventory accounting, standard costing, BOMs, routings, COGS and manufacturing variances.
• Forecasting, budgeting and operational performance reviews.
• Strong business partnering with senior operations and site leadership.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership, analysis and business partnering support to the UK manufacturing plant.
• Collaborate with manufacturing operations to ensure performance is understood, reported and improved.
• Lead Finance Analyst (Manufacturing) and support site transformation activities.
• Support operating reviews, forecasting, budgeting, site scorecards and inventory control.
