Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modelling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for large data sets and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into business insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Procurement & Planning, Quality, and Advanced Manufacturing to understand spending trends.
• Support analysis of R&D spending and contribute to new reporting structures post-organization changes.
• Lead and support monthly close activities, outlooks, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to identify spending trends, measure performance, and support cost reduction.
• Deliver actionable financial insights enabling informed business decisions.
