Job summary

Sodexo in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially minded Food Pricing Analyst to join our bid team and turn customer requirements into profitable food service solutions. You’ll collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Procurement and Finance to deliver competitive pricing models and robust financial scenarios that support winning bids.

To succeed, you’ll bring experience in Food Pricing, advanced Excel and financial modelling, plus strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Pricing, IFM Pricing, Commercial Finance or related pricing roles.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and numerical analysis capability.
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and competitive food service pricing models.
• Analyse customer requirements, sales mixes, labour costs and operational data.
• Build commercial solutions balancing customer value with profitability.
• Identify risks, opportunities and growth in bids.
• Support negotiations and commercial discussions throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to deliver high-quality bid submissions.
• Model different financial scenarios to support decision-making and governance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing tools and processes.
