Job summary

Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead maintenance, compliance and continuous improvement across a 14-depot national operation. You will own ADR-regulated fleet activities, balance day-to-day needs with longer-term strategic development and drive improvements with senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge of fleet maintenance, plus leadership and commercial acumen to raise standards, strengthen processes and deliver safe,

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing fleet maintenance and compliance within a complex transport, logistics or commercial vehicle environment.
• Strong understanding of Operator Licence requirements and transport regulations.
• Experience coordinating across multiple depots and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet maintenance and standards across 14 depots.
• Maintain oversight of Operator Licence environment and regulatory requirements.
• Support ADR-regulated fleet management and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet processes and drive change.
• Plan and refine inspection programmes, including seasonal adjustments.
• Use fleet reporting to monitor performance and inform decisions.
