Job summary

Costello Medical is seeking a curious Data Analyst to partner with the Finance and Operations team in Cambridge. You will translate business needs into analytics, build scalable Power BI dashboards, and define KPIs that inform strategic decisions. This is a role aiming to influence strategy beyond reporting.

You will process data across systems, automate workflows, and support forecasting and budgeting with robust insights. A finance mindset and strong data storytelling will be essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field (2:1 minimum) required.
• 2–3 years in data analytics within a finance context preferred.
• Strong Power BI skills and ability to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends and risks.
• Define and evolve KPIs and financial metrics.
• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports to support decisions.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling with data-driven insights.
