Job summary

Capgemini in Glasgow seeks an experienced Financial Crime Programme Manager to coordinate a portfolio of initiatives. You will act as the central point between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring demand is prioritized and delivered in line with strategic objectives.

You will manage governance, reporting, and executive updates, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment with regulatory objectives across a complex, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in programme, portfolio, PMO or change management.
• Experience in Financial Crime, AML, KYC, Compliance, Risk or regulatory change.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies in a matrix organization.
• Excellent governance, reporting, and communication skills.
• Strong risk and issue management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Financial Crime change demand across multiple delivery teams and tribes.
• Ensure requirements and deliverables are clearly articulated and understood.
• Facilitate prioritization, planning, and scheduling of initiatives with delivery stakeholders.
• Maintain a consolidated view of programme and portfolio delivery.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects.
• Provide governance, reporting, and executive-level updates.
• Drive communication and collaboration between business, technology, and change teams.
• Influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure alignment of all initiatives with business strategy and regulatory objectives.
