Capgemini Invent in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive financial transformation projects and work across the Enterprise Model & Strategy portfolio. You will lead workstreams, shape actionable solutions, and build executive-level relationships to realise client value.

You will foster strategic thinking, deliver data-driven recommendations, and support team growth through coaching and recruitment efforts within a collaborative, global practice.

Qualifications

• Strong background in management consulting and team leadership.
• Proven experience with performance improvement techniques and finance value chain.
• Exposure to core processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, T2F, Treasury) or related cost programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and deliver large, complex Operational Finance and Cost Improvement projects.
• Develop meaningful, robust recommendations and present them to clients.
• Build long-lasting client relationships and act as a trusted advisor at all levels.
• Coach and develop team members and support recruitment to grow the team.
