Job summary

Broster Buchanan are recruiting a Financial Controller for a market leading business. You will lead a large, diverse finance team, drive consolidation, technical accounts, cashflow management and support M&A activity.

The role involves delivering transformation projects, providing board-level insights, managing risk and relationships with banks, auditors and tax advisors, and delivering continual operational improvement. ERP implementation experience would be highly relevant.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong technical mindset.
• Experience leading large finance teams and transformation projects.
• Solid experience in consolidation, cashflow management and risk oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects and provide board-level financial guidance.
• Oversee consolidation, technical accounts, revenue and creditor management.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors and tax advisers; drive process improvements.
