Job summary

IFF Talent - Ingham Frankland Fide is seeking a Financial Controller in West Yorkshire to own the end-to-end financial picture, drive month-end close, and oversee cashflow forecasting across the group. You will lead a small team and partner with a Finance Director and FP&A Manager to shape strategy.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA and a commercial lens on business performance, with an expectation to challenge numbers and drive improvements in controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full financial picture, including month-end close.
• Cashflow forecasting and financial control across the estate.
• System ownership, audit and compliance.
• Lead a small team and partner with decision-makers (FD/FP&A).
• Provide timely insights and challenge the status quo.
