Job summary

IFF Talent is seeking a Financial Controller in West Yorkshire to own the full financial picture, including month‑end close, cashflow forecasting, financial control across the estate, system ownership, audit and compliance.

You will lead a small team and partner with senior decision-makers such as the Finance Director and an FP&A Manager to drive rapid, evidence-based decisions in a fast‑growing PE‑backed business.
