Job summary

Iff Talent is looking for a Financial Controller in West Yorkshire to lead fast-moving finance operations for a high-growth, PE-backed business. You’ll own the full financial picture, drive month-end close, cashflow forecasting and controls, and partner with senior finance leadership.

You will lead a small team and work directly with the Finance Director and FP&A Manager, ensuring numbers drive strategic decisions in a rapidly scaling company.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Comfortable being challenged on the numbers.
• Commercial mindset with genuine interest in how the business operates.
• Ability to think fast and act decisively.

Responsibilities

• Own the full financial picture: month-end close, cashflow forecasting, financial control, and system ownership across the estate.
• Lead a small finance team and develop capability.
• Partner with real decision-makers, including the Finance Director and FP&A Manager, to shape strategy.
