Reed is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Qualified Financial Controller to join its technology division in a hybrid role after a 3‑month probation. You will lead financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis with direct exposure to senior leadership and influence over strategic decisions.

The role covers treasury, tax and compliance, with responsibility for statutory accounts, audits and controls while partnering with UK and international stakeholders.

Competenze

• Fully qualified accountant with professional credentials (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Significant experience in financial or management accounting roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with statutory accounts, audits and strong financial controls.
• Advanced Excel and diverse financial systems knowledge.
• Experience in a multinational organisation and with international reporting requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Provide financial and commercial support to divisional leadership, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets functions.
• Prepare and review monthly forecasts, budgets, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
