Qualifikationen

• ICAS / ACCA / CIMA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager within a fast-paced SME environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth plans and commercial objectives.
• Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, financial reporting, cash flow management, and statutory compliance.
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget, monitor performance, and analyse financial data to support key decision-making.
• Act as a business partner to non-finance stakeholders, providing insight and challenge.
• Build, streamline, and maintain effective financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the transactional finance team.
