Job summary

Mint Selection Ltd is seeking a Financial Controller for its Grid Infrastructure division in London. The role will lead a four-person finance team across two offices, driving timely financial reporting, robust controls and efficient treasury management.

You will partner with senior leadership and the CFO to support growth and acquisition activity. The position is hybrid, with emphasis on building a best-in-class finance function and strong stakeholder relationships beyond Finance.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified (or equivalent)
• 3+ years post-qualification experience in a commercial environment
• 1-2 years in a Financial Controller or similar leadership role
• Strong technical accounting skills in reporting, controls and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance team of four across two offices.
• Oversee monthly accounting, management reporting and statutory accounts across all entities.
• Strengthen financial controls, systems and processes for growth and compliance.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, capital drawdowns, accounts payable, receivables and payroll.
• Own budgeting and departmental performance reporting with business leaders.
• Drive improvements across the finance function and support acquisitions and new entity formation.
