Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5+ years' experience in a finance role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
