Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of Finance Business Partnering in previous roles.
• Leadership skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
• Working knowledge of SAP or integrated ERP systems.

• Ability to handle complexity and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting pack including review with Factory Management; investigate material and spend variances.
• Co-pilot and finance business partner for Plant Director, UK Finance Director and Factory Management Team.
• Coordinate quarterly forecasting and annual budget process with factory management and production planning.
• Business partnering, development and financial evaluation for new investments (CAPEX).
• Drive Cost Improvement (CCI) programs and initiatives.
• Provide insights to commercial teams to improve profitability through product changes and repatriation programs.
• Maintain strong internal relationships with key management personnel.
• Maintain and review SAP master data.
• Own accounting issues to ensure SOX compliance.
