Job summary

Simply Business is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Shared Services to sit at the heart of our tech-led operation. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and automation of financial insights, partnering with executive leaders to shape strategy and drive value across global cost bases.

You will lead month-end close, MI production, and global cost performance while collaborating with Tech, Engineering and Data teams to support strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE in FP&A or business partnering.
• Data-savvy with ability to turn high-volume financial data into actionable insights for execs.
• Experience with finance transformation, BI and EPM tools.
• Strong communication to challenge senior leadership and influence outcomes.
• Self-starter with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience presenting financial analysis to senior stakeholders and parent company teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive management to drive long-range Shared Services investment strategy.
• Own month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-base performance for global Shared Services.
• Lead production and automation of MI and financial reporting using BI and EPM tools.
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to build robust business cases for tech initiatives.
• Oversee inter-company transfer pricing and capital development across global entities.
• Align global finance partners to support Shared Services deliverables.
