Job summary

GS1 UK is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. You will proactively identify, plan and meet the finance needs of the organisation, delivering insightful, timely management information to budget owners, the senior management team and other stakeholders to support budgets and objectives.

The role includes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and KPI development, with collaboration across data initiatives to improve visibility of financial performance and strategic

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar finance role.
Experience with large data sets to deliver insights.
Knowledge of SaaS metrics and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial advice to department leaders and support planning decisions.
Prepare and improve financial reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Monitor variances against budget and forecasts; explain drivers.
Collaborate with Data team to enhance financial visibility across Finance and the business.
Drive monthly reporting as part of the trading pack.
