Job summary

Aldi UK is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support performance and strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will analyse financial and operational data, produce insightful reporting, and contribute to planning, forecasting and performance management processes, working closely with regional and national stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance, management accounting or analytical role.
• Experience supporting reporting, budgeting, or forecasting activities.
• Good understanding of management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support collaboration with local controlling teams and national stakeholders, contributing to cross-border financial initiatives and helping to ensure adherence to consistent controlling standards and reporting practices as part of National Controlling frameworks.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of financial insights to support business and regional performance outcomes.
• Provide support to National and Regional Directors by preparing analyses, reports, and ad hoc financial information to aid decision-making.
• Assist in regional performance management and performance steering through consolidation and analysis of current, forecasted and planned KPIs.
• Support the Business Performance Cycle (BPC) processes for current and future fiscal years, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update region-specific financial reporting in accordance with international controlling standards.
