Aldi UK seeks an experienced Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership across the organisation, partnering with National and Regional Directors to shape performance and decision-making. You will lead regional planning, forecasting, reporting and KPI analysis, develop a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvement within international controlling standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading a team and monitoring performance.
• Experience in management accounting or financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with month-end close and financial controls analysis.
• Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work across borders and drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local controlling teams and national stakeholders on cross-border initiatives and ensure consistent reporting.
• Drive in-country analyses to boost regional performance.
• Act as trusted financial partner to National and Regional Directors delivering ad hoc analyses.
• Lead regional performance management including consolidation and analysis of KPIs.
• Execute the Business Performance Cycle for current and following years.
• Maintain region-specific reporting per international standards and governance.
• Mentor the regional performance steering team.
