Job summary

Babcock, at Devonport Royal Dockyard near Plymouth, seeks a Finance Business Partnering Manager to drive financial planning, analysis and governance across the Nuclear sector. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver commercial insight and robust financial advice.

Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, you will manage reporting for Corporate Services and guide a team of finance professionals while promoting high performance. Hybrid on-site work applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and analysis within a complex organisation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with commercial financial insights.
• Experience leading annual planning cycles, rolling forecasts and scenario modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning across the Nuclear sector.
• Provide financial insight and challenge to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage financial reporting for Corporate Services contract within Naval Nuclear.
• Drive improvements in reporting, governance, controls and management information.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
