Leonardo is seeking a Finance Business Partner to collaborate with functions and provide financial guidance aligned to the 5-year plan. You will prepare budgets, forecasts and timely financial reports, ensuring governance and controls across SAP and accounting standards.

The role requires strong accounting qualifications, excellent communication, and the ability to influence decisions in a matrix, multi-site environment. Hybrid working options are available in the UK.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional accounting qualification.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to liaise with project managers and operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice and guidance to functions with concise data.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for operating costs and workload over 5 years.
• Maintain governance and controls, support audits, and ensure IFRS compliance.
• Deliver timely reporting of functional financials and variance analysis.
• Present financial performance at monthly reviews to influence decisions.
• Support month-end close for costs, intercompany revenue, and margins.
• Act as SAP focal point for WBS, production orders and hours; coordinate with IT for changes.
• Support cost/benefit analysis and monitoring of improvement initiatives.
• Document and update new processes; assist with ad hoc requests.
