Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking an SAP Transformation Lead to drive a multi‑year upgrade of the SAP landscape from Operations perspective. You will own the strategy, governance, and integration with PLM and MES to ensure secure, future‑proof processes across manufacturing and supply chains.

You’ll lead complex migrations, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Programme teams to deliver end‑to‑end improvements in operational transactions and data integrity within a highly regulated defence

Qualifications

• SAP 4/HANA and Fiori expertise is required.
• Proven leadership of large SAP upgrade/S4HANA projects in Operations.
• Experience with PLM and MES integration is essential.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity, configuration control and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end upgrade of SAP from an Operations view, considering impacts to other functions.
• Manage business processes across PP, PE, MM, WM and QM modules.
• Define upgrade strategy, scope, risk, and resource planning.
• Lead technical assessment, data migration, and cutover planning.
• Ensure SAP, PLM, MES integration supports seamless operations and traceability.
